Private Parties & Group Workshops

Bring your favourite people together for a creative experience. We welcome team-building events, children's birthday parties, adult birthdays, baby showers, hen parties and wedding-preparation craft sessions — including making personal touches for your special day.

Two spaces, one creative studio

Both spaces use the same arranging-fee structure. Morning, afternoon and evening bookings can be arranged outside our usual opening hours. Tell us your preferred start time and duration; all studio events must finish by 10pm.

Choose your craft

Browse our Drop-in & Everyday Crafts, adult workshops and children's workshops for project choices and prices. Project prices are charged per person, in addition to the group arranging fee.

Estimate your group cost

• Fewer than 8 people: £40 arranging fee
• 8–16 people: £60 arranging fee
• 17–25 people: £80 arranging fee

For a standard event, enter the price of your chosen project from our website. This is a guide; we confirm availability, duration and final arrangements when we reply to your enquiry.

Exclusive silver ring celebrations

A private, two-hour silver ring chasing workshop for 2–4 people. The studio is reserved exclusively for your group, with no other customers during your session. £60 per person, including silver, plus a £60 exclusive studio fee for two hours. Contact us to arrange your session with Ruby Zhai.

We can come to you

Hosting at your workplace, school or another venue? We can bring the materials and send our artists to lead your session. We also design bespoke team-building workshops around your group, theme and goals.
