Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher.
• Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction.
• If the total purchase is less than the value of the voucher, no change, refund or credit will be given for the unused balance.
• If the total purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid separately.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Vouchers may be used towards eligible workshops, creative experiences and selected in-studio activities at O&E Art Craft Studio.
• Workshops and activities are subject to availability, and advance booking may be required.
• Please provide your voucher/card number when booking and present the voucher when redeeming it.
• Once a voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be reused, even if the full value was not spent.
• Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers may not be replaced. Please keep your voucher and voucher number safe.
• Any additional costs above the voucher value, including applicable material upgrades or additional charges, must be paid separately.
• Where a workshop booking is made using a gift voucher, our standard booking, cancellation and rescheduling policies will also apply.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
